Known for its hot spicy taste, this side dish is the right balance of spicy, salty and umami taste. Young and skinny spring onions are used, yielding a more tender texture and sweeter aftertaste.
Our spring onion kimchi is great with rice, ramen and other savoury banchan. For some, this kimchi may be too spicy on its own. As such, we highly recommend to eat this banchan along with a main dish!

JIN "Spring Onion" Kimchi is made daily in Singapore and is packed in small quantities of 345grams! This kimchi is good for 3 months upon receiving.
